How to Navigate our New Cart

Change is rarely easy, but oftentimes necessary for progress and improvement.  We have worked hard to bring you a shopping cart that provides many of the tools that you have requested over the years, but we recognize it may take a bit of getting used to.

We’ve put together this quick tutorial in hopes that it helps!

STEP 1:  SELECT A CRAFT!  Our new site is equipped to provide you choices based upon your craft.  No more guessing.  No more wondering.  No more finding out after the fact that you couldn’t order something.

See the YELLOW STARS BELOW?  Both will take you to the craft selection page.

Below is the CRAFT SELECTION PAGE that will appear when you’ve clicked one of the places indicated above (on the website, not on the image above)

STEP 2: Click your craft then click GO!

STEP 3:  GO SHOPPING!

Everything is right at your fingertips, based on the craft you selected.

STEP 4:  CHECK OUT!

Once you’ve selected all of your items, it’s time to check out!  Click on the shopping cart header to go to your cart!  Notice how your 10% discount is applied once you meet the criteria?  No more guessing!  (this discount will NOT appear if you do not select a craft)

Step 5:  Enter your email address so that your order confirmation can be sent to you!

During the first step of the checkout process, you will be asked for your email address.  You will later be given the OPTION to create an account so that you can check the status of your order, or reference your order history.

Step 6:  Enter your billing and shipping information

Step 7:  Enter your PAYMENT INFORMATION

Entry of your postal card information is required for validation purposes.  Make sure your postal card is activated and check your balance by calling Citibank toll-free at 800.287.5003.  Please enter a personal credit card only if you do not have enough money on your postal card for your purchase. We will only run your personal credit card if you do not have adequate funds on your postal card. Questions? Please call us toll-free at 888.682.8889

Your POSTAL CARD balance goes in the POSTAL CARD field, and your POSTAL CARD information goes on the LEFT.

Any amount OVER your allotment needs to be covered by a personal credit card.  Enter the OVERAGE amount in the CREDIT CARD field on the RIGHT, along with your personal card information.

STEP 8 is OPTIONAL!

If you want to track your order, or keep track of your orders, you can create an account and have all of this information easily accessible to you.
